| Availability-Lists Availability-Lists or Dep-Lists, are provided to fixers in answer to requests for emergency fixing assistance. Morgensterns Availability-list reports provide our Teleteam with details what all of our clients, who play the required instruments, are doing on the specified dates.• top |
| Clash Clash refers to any offer of work that conflicts with an existing booking. The conflict may be one of timing, i.e. both engagements happen at the same time, or one of location, i.e. the time of the engagements might not conflict, but the distance between the venues of the engagements is too great to be able to be able to travel from one to the other in time to take part in both engagements.• top |
| Client work profiles Client work profiles are used to provide callers with an instant, up-to-date snapshot of the work individual clients have been doing, since they joined Morgensterns.
The information contained in a Client work profile is compiled directly from our client's diary - one of the many reasons why it's so important for clients to keep their diaries up-to-date. • top |
| Computerised Diaries Computerised Diaries refers to the diaries of Morgensterns clients, stored on our regularly updated diary database, which was first introduced in 1990, which make it possible to offer clients and fixers our uniquely responsive client diaries and our heavily used suite of fixing support services, including Availability-lists and Who's-doing-my-date lists.• top |

| Fixer Fixer is a colloquial term use to describe administrators such as orchestral contractors, or orchestral personnel managers, who are employed by orchestras or composers to book musicians for orchestras and sessions.

| Web profile Web profiles are prepared by Morgensterns Teleteam, from a combination of the historical curriculum vitae details that clients provide Morgensterns when they join our service, and from our client's current up-to-date work history taken directly from our computerised diaries, as described above (client work profiles).

| Who's-doing-my-date-lists Who's-doing-my-date-lists are provided in answer to requests such as 'I need a lift today, who's doing the date?' or 'can you contact all the players on our date today to update them with new information about a date?' Our Who's-doing-my-date-lists identify the clients who are taking part in the specified rehearsal or performance.• top |
