Cheryl's orchestral work also includes the Ulster Orchestra, Milton Keynes City Orchestra, Classic East Symphony Orchestra, English Sinfonia, English Festival Orchestra, Mozart Festival Orchestra, London Concert Orchestra, London Bach Orchestra, Stowe Opera Orchestra, Haverhill Sinfonia, Christ the Cornerstone Chamber Orchestra (principal 2nd), Cyprus State Chamber Orchestra, New Queens Hall Orchestra, London Academy Players, Southern Festival Orchestra, European Chamber Opera, Midsummer Chamber Orchestra, Durban City Orchestra (princ 2nd from 1994 - 1995), Natal Philharmonic Orchestra, Durban (rank & file 2nd from 1989 - 1995).
As a chamber musician, Cheryl is founder member of Ariella Stirngs (formerly Midsummer Strings) who have been playing together since 1999. As well as giving formal chamber music recitals, they are heavily involved in outreach work, regularly giving workshops and working within the community and in schools and colleges.
Cheryl also plays with the Midsummer Flute Quartet, String Quartet and String Quintet, as well as the L'Inviti String Quartet and the Lorenzi String Quartet.
Education Cheryl's schooling took place at Carrickfergus Grammar School (1978 - 1983) and the Methodist College, Belfast (1983 - 1985). Cheryl's graduate studies took place at the Royal Northern College of Music (1985 - 1989, GRNCM). Prizes and Awards
