Biography
Clare-Louise has given recitals throughout the UK including the Purcell Room, Symphony Hall and the Leeds International Concert Series. She is a founder member of wind quintet Serenata Winds. In 2005 Clare-Louise was awarded honourary membership of Birmingham Conservatoire in recognition of services to music. Orchestral Work Clare-Louise's orchestral work also includes English Symphony Orchestra, Royal Shakespeare Company, Opera North, English Northern Philharmonia, Viva Sinfonia, Orchestra of the Swan, Gilbert & Sullivan Festival Orchestra and is principal flute with Spires Philharmonic Orchestra. She also gained experience with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra on their woodwind training scheme. Clare-Louise is on the extra list for English Symphony Orchestra, Royal Shakespeare Company, Opera North and Orchestra of the Swan. Clare-Louise's broadcast and recording work includes session work for BBC Radio 3, BBC1's 'Omnibus' and recordings with English Symphony Orchestra.
As a chamber musician Clare-Louise has given recitals in the UK and USA. She performs regularly with Serenata Winds, who are artists in residence at Wolverhampton University. The quintet were also on the Live Music Now! Scheme (1999 - 2004). Education Prizes and Awards
