Wilfred's orchestral work also includes London Symphony Orchestra (July 2007), Welsh National Opera (2006), Bournemouth Sinfonietta (2005 & 2006), BBC National Orchestra of wales (2005). Wilfred was shortlisted after international auditions for the Orquestra Filarmonica de Santiago (Oct 2007), and has had trials with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (Jul 2008), the Royal Scottish National Orchestra (Oct 2008), and the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra.

Wilfred's playing experience includes London Philharmonic Orchestra Foyles Future Firsts Scheme (2008 - 2009), Solo Tuba with the Royal Academy of Music Brass Soloists (2006 - 2008), side by side scheme with Welsh National Opera (2006), sit in scheme with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales (2005), LSO St Luke's Academy scheme (2004), National Youth Wind Orchestra of Great Britain (2004 - 2005), and National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain (1998 - 2001).

Education
Wilfred's graduate studies took place at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama - BMus (Hons) 2:1, and the Royal Academy of Music - Postgrad Diploma (Distinction).
