Biography
Laura has performed the Elgar Cello Concerto with the Radcliffe Orchestra (Oxford June 1999) and Vivaldi Double Cello Concerto with the Bexley Orchestra (1997).

Laura runs Bowfiddle Strings a flexible ensemble that can be booked as a duo, trio, quartet or as a small chamber orchestra.

Laura's touring work includes solo cello in Joan Armatrading's 18 month world tour, Moody Blues England Tour, Shirley Bassey Orchestra Birthday Concerts, Sing the Line (Jazz album) promotion and Madeline mini tour (BMG).

Laura's session work and live performances include the Reggae Philharmonic Orchestra, Jimmy Sommerville, Omar, Jamiroquai, Tears for Fears, Terrorvision, Jehlisa, Drugstore, Blade, Gerry Colvin, Take That, Delamitri, Let Loose, Simon Warner, National Screen Orchestra, Beth Hirsh, Maroon Town, Jackie Sherridan, Madeline and Paul Merton (theme music).

Laura's theatre work includes the Guildhall Ensemble 'Inter-Arts week' (Purcell Room), Black Swan Opera Company 'Dido and Aeneas' (Tricycle), Circus of Horrors (Roundhouse) and the Clod Ensemble (Battersea Arts Centre and England tour).

Education
Laura was born in 1967. Laura's graduate studies took place at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama (Associate 1989). She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Performance and Communication Skills (1990).
