Since August 2002, Simon has been booked by the Bob Porter, British Philharmonic Orchestra, City of London Sinfonia, English Sinfonia, First Act Opera International, Garsington Opera, London Sinfonietta, National Symphony Orchestra, New Queens Hall Orchestra, Orchestra of St John's, Royal Ballet Sinfonia, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, Royal Opera House Orchestra, Southbank Sinfonia, Welsh National Opera Orchestra

Simon has also worked with the Chamber Orchestra of Europe, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, London Symphony Orchestra and the London Philharmonic Orchestra.

Simon is currently employed as a member of the Royal Opera House Orchestra.

General Biographical
From 1987 - 1995, Simon taught at the Wells Cathedral Specialist Music School.

Education
Simon was born in London 1965. Simon's schooling took place at Latymer Upper School, Hammersmith (1973 - 1983).Simon's graduate studies took place at Cambridge University (1984 - 1987) and the Guildhall School of Music & Drama (1987 - 1988, post-graduate diploma in Conducting and Double Bass).

Prizes and Awards
Lloyds Bank Prize for contribution to the National Youth Orchestra (1985).
