Biography
Rosalind has performed extensively as an orchestral player and chamber musician and she is also widely experienced in performing baroque music and has played with the Royal Northern Baroque Chamber Ensemble, Britten Pears Baroque Ensemble, Consort of Twelve and The Creakes Student Baroque Sinfonia , as part of the Yorke Trust performance of Haydn Creation, conducted and coached by Nick Logie.
Rosalind's Opera and Ballet work includes Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker with Sussex Ballet. She also performed in Carmen at the Bermuda Festival, conducted by Mark Dorrell and in Mozart's Cosi fan Tutti with Clonter Opera Company, conducted by Michael Rose.
Rosalind's Show work includes: Pirates of Penzance, The Mikado, and the Sound of Music with the Sale & Altringham Music and Dramatic Society. She has also performed in Fiddler on the Roof, Into the Woods, Guys and Dolls, Sleeping Beauty, and Cabaret with the Bermuda Musical and Drama Society.
Rosalind's commercial work includes: Josh Groban's Bermuda Tour, Brighton Beach Boys session work, IBM Bermuda Conference James Galway performance and Granada Television - Coronation Street Party.
Rosalind plays for the Barker Blue quartet who perform regularly in the Sussex area. She has also played for- The Menuhin Foundation string quartet.
- The Bermuda Festival (2004), including performances in the presence of the Sir John Vereker, Governor of Bermuda.
- 1994 Premiere of Robert Hanson's Musicue Exequiae for Viola and Piano.
- Two performances of Robert Hanson's 'In Commendation of Music' with the Allegri String Quartet, the second on the occasion of the unveiling of Kokoschka's portrait of Tippet on his last visit to Morley college.
- Solo and Chamber music for Bermuda Musical and Drama Society Fundraisers, including premiere performance of Martinu violin and viola duets.

Rosalind's orchestral work also includes Academy of Ancient Music (extra), Sussex Symphony Orchestra (principal), Dartington Festival Orchestra, Bermuda Philharmonic (principal), Bermuda Festival Orchestra (principal), Mid-Sussex players, Arun Symphonia, Havant Symphony and Chamber Orchestras, Portsmouth Symphony Orchestra and L'orchestre Bleu.
Education
Rosalind's graduate studies took place at the Royal Northern College of Music, (1995-2000) where she gained a BMus (Hons) in Performance. Her Postgraduate Performance Training also took place at the RNCM.
