Orchestras: King's Chamber Orchestra, London Concert Orchestra, London Handel Orchestra, Mozart Festival Orchestra, Opera Box, Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, Orchestra of the Baroque, Sinfonia ViVA, Stowe Opera, Thames Sinfonia, Welsh National Opera Orchestra.

David's orchestral work also includes Scottish Ballet and was a full time member of Welsh National Opera from 1980 - 87.

Education
David was born in Paignton 1957. David's schooling took place at Highdown School, Reading (1970 - 1976). David's graduate studies took place at the Royal College of Music (1976 - 1980) and the London Bible College (1987 - 1988).

Teachers: John Ludlow, Maria Lidka (violin), John Russell (piano), Norman del Mar (conducting), Leonard Hirsch (chamber music).
