Biography
Since leaving the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Martin has been busy freelancing around the UK. He has performed with many orchestras such as the London Concert Orchestra, Northern Ballet Theatre and British Philharmonic Orchestra and also worked on shows such as The Last 5 Years at both the Royal Haymarket and the Duchess Theatres, The Light in the Piazza at the Curve in Leicester, Oklahoma at Kilworth House and done two UK tours of War of the Worlds.

He has recorded with Skunk Anansie, Razorlight and Julie Atherton and on the soundtracks for Christmas in New York, Peter Pan by George Stiles and the Hollywood film Black Water Transit.

As well as performing with artists such as Dizzee Rascal, The Killers, Massive Attack and The Streets, Martin also enjoys appearing as a soloist and has performed concertos including the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto and Mozart Violin Concerto in G Major in his native Sweden.

Martin is a member of The Heritage Orchestra who have released their first album on Brownswood Recording label and performed all over the UK and Europe including the Montreux Jazz Festival. As a group they have collaborated with artists such as Deodato, UNKLE and The Bays and have twice appeared on the BBC Electric Proms.

During the summer of 2010 Martin is looking forward to touring with Sting and the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra.
