Biography
Uchenna's solo engagements include

  • Solo recitals at Lauderdale House and Berg House (2006), St Alfege Church, Greenwich, London
  • Adoramus Italian Tour (2006 & 1998), playing Aaron Copland's Quiet City (cor anglais)
  • Mozart's Sinfonia Concertante for oboe, clarinet, horn and bassoon (1998)

As a chamber musician Uchenna has played with The Vena Trio (oboe, clarinet, bassoon), The Karelia Players (oboe/cor anglais and string quartet), TCM Wind Ensemble (principal oboe).

Uchenna's orchestral work includes Freedom 200 Chamber Orchestra, Wykeham Sinfonia, St Paul's Sinfonia (co-principal & cor anglais), Tempus Orchestra (principal), Adoramus Orchestra (principal & cor anglais), I Maestri, Forest Philharmonic Orchestra, Salomon Orchestra, British Youth Opera (principal), Trinity College of Music Symphony Orchestra (principal & cor anglais), TCM Sinfonia, All Souls Orchestra, Midsummer Opera, British Youth Opera.

Education
Uchenna's schooling took place at Trinity College of Music (Junior Exhibitioner, 1994-1998). Uchenna's graduate studies took place at Trinity College of Music, where she obtained a BMus (Hons) (2002) and a PGDip (2004).
