Biography
Born in Bournemouth, Dorset, Luisa studied the clarinet at Wells Cathedral School, The Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Yale Summer School of Music (English Speaking Union Scholarship) and The Banff Arts Centre Canada.

In addition to her busy orchestral career Luisa is an experienced soloist and chamber musician whose performances include:

• Ostend Conservatoire: Mozart Clarinet Concerto
• The Arnold Players: Malcolm Arnold Concerto No.1
• Southbank Sinfonia: Copland Clarinet Concerto
• Thomas Adès Concerto Conciso (performed with the composer)
• Stuttgart Music Festival: Chamber Ensemble recital
• Royal Opera House: Chamber Music Recital
• Wigmore Hall: Chamber Music Masterclass & Recital
• St Martin in th Fields: Solo Recital
• Philharmonia Orchestra: Solo performance at the Birtwistle Festival
• Richard Bissell's Concerto for Clarinet, Horn and Trumpet, with members of the LPO

Orchestral Work
Orchestras: Aurora Orchestra, London Concert Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.

Luisa's orchestral work also includes Southbank Sinfonia (member 2007), Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Haffner Wind Ensemble, Garsington Opera, Chamber Orchestra of Birmingham, Stuttgart Festival Orchestra (member 2004), London Metropolitan Opera, European Academies Symphony Orchestra, Swedish National Orchestral Academy, European Vacation Symphony Orchestra, Britten Pears Orchestra, National Musicians Symphony Orchestra.

Luisa is on the Extra List for the Philharmonia Orchestra, City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra.

Education
Luisa's schooling took place at Wells Cathedral School, Scholarship (1995-99) & Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Scholarship: BMus (hons), PG Dip (1999-2005), Fellow (2006-2007)
