In addition to his busy orchestral freelancing schedule, Anthony is a writer and editor for major record companies including EMI, Decca, Virgin, BMG, ASV, Teldec, Erato, etc,

Anthony's orchestral work also includes the BBC Symphony Orchestra, BBC Big Band, Brighton Philharmonic Orchestra, Bolshoi Ballet, City of Oxford Orchestra, English National Ballet, English Sinfonia, English String Orchestra, English Symphony Orchestra, Johann Strauss Orchestra, London Festival Players, London Gala Orchestra, Milton Keynes City Orchestra, Moscow City Ballet, New Queen's Hall Orchestra, Northern Sinfonia, Purcell Orchestra, Royal Ballet Sinfonia, Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Royal Scottish National Orchestra, Sarum Chamber Orchestra, Scottish Opera, Stowe Opera, Surrey Chamber Orchestra, Thames Chamber Orchestra, Ulster Orchestra, Wren Orchestra.

From 1977 to 1988 Anthony was a full-time first violin in the Ulster Orchestra.

Education
Anthony's graduate studies took place at Leeds University (1973-1976) BA, and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama (1976-1977) Certificate of Advanced Study.

Teachers: Herbert Whone and Clarence Myerscough. More recently his quartet was coached by the Alberni Quartet.
