Biography
I began playing the horn at the age of 14. I was soon hooked and joined the school wind band and brass ensemble. By 16 I had gained a place at the Junior Guildhall School of Music having lessons with Christopher Davies and David Bentley. I gained much experience playing in the wind band, brass band and symphony orchestra. In 2000 I went on to study at the Royal College of Music and continued my studies at Goldsmiths College (University of London) studying with Julian Baker, Michael Thompson and Gillian Jones.
Since leaving college I have worked as the manager of the Dulwich Music Shop. During this time I worked as a professional horn player working with many orchestras and ensembles and also worked as a brass teacher for schools and County Council music services.
