Biography
Peter is principal clarinet and orchestral manager of the English Touring Opera orchestra.

Education
Peter was born in Shepreth 1948. Peter's schooling took place at The Perse School, Cambridge. Peter's graduate studies took place at Emmanuel College, Cambridge (1968 - 1971), and at the Royal College of Music (1972 - 1976).

Prizes and Awards

• Oxford Music Festival (winner of instrumental recital competition, 1977)
• Hastings Concerto Competition (1978 finalist)
• ISM/Natwest Festival Days competition (1981 winner with Robin Colville)
