Biography
Edward is joint principal Viola of the London Symphony Orchestra .
In addition to his LSO committments, Edward enjoys a busy career as a soloist and chamber music performer. He has a wide concerto repertoire, and has given performances and solo recitals throughout the world.
Edward is in great demand as a teacher, and he has given Master Classes at The Royal Academy of Music, The Royal College of Music and The Guildhall School of Music and Drama and also at Heidelberg University and at the Hochschule Karlsruhe.

Edward's orchestral work also includes London Sinfonietta, Philharmonia, Super World Orchestra in Tokyo, World Orchestra for Peace, London Festival Orchestra, Berne Symphony Orchestra and the Zurich Chamber Orchestra.
Education Edward was born in 1957. Edward's graduate studies took place at Guildhall School of Music & Drama (1973 - 1975), and the Berne Conservatoire (1975 - 1978). Prizes and Awards
