Orchestral Work

Cormac's orchestral work includes Camerata Ireland (first violin, 2008-present), Orchestra of St John's (first violin, 2008-present), London Philharmonic Orchestra (1995), City of London Sinfonia (1993-1995, first violin), National Symphony Orchestra of Portugal (1993, first violin), Ulster Orchstra (1992-93, first violin), Britten-Pears Orchestra (1987-1990, first violin).

Solo experience includes:

  • BACH and VIVALDI concertos with LMA Orchestra, 1993-1994.
  • STRAVINSKY Concerto with RNCM Symphony Orchestra, 1990.
  • HAYDN Concerto in C Major with RNCM Chamber Orchestra, 1987.

Chamber music includes:

  • Leader of the Lerici String Quartet (1985-1989).
  • Member of the Landolfi Ensemble, New York (1990-1992).
  • Soloists of the Royal Opera House (1997- present).

Education
Cormac's schooling took place at St Malachy's College, Belfast (1979-1985) Cormac's graduate studies took place at GRNCM Royal Northern College of Music (1985-1990), PG Dip Manhattan School of Music (1990-1992)
