As a soloist Jaime has performed with numerous orchestras including the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields, Moscow Virtuosi, London Mozart Players and the Chamber Orchestra of Europe in venues such as Carnegie Hall, the Moscow Conservatory, Theatre des Champs Elysees, and the Queen Elizabeth Hall.

Jaime has made chamber music recordings with Pinchas Zukerman, Emma Johnson, and the Gaudier Ensemble amongst others.

Jaime is principal flute of the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields and the Chamber Orchestra of Europe.

Jaime was born in Santander, Spain and studied with Antonio Arias in Madrid and later with Paul Verhey in The Hague, Holland.
