As a soloist & chamber musician Claire has given performances at Christ Church Cathedral and Holywell Music Rooms in Oxford, Regent Hall, various local churches and Vessels of Sound at the Royal Festival Hall. Claire is a member of a flute duo who provide music for weddings and functions, and has performed on a number of cruises, including recently with Crystal Cruises, and in March 2009 with Cunard Cruises on the QM2.

As a chamber musician Claire plays in a duo with the Greek pianist Anna Jounadi. They have performed recitals in St Pancras Church, Regent Hall, All Saints' Peppard and have taken part in competitions such as the Anglo Czechoslovak Trust Competition (2nd prize), the Eastbourne Young Soloist Competition (finalist) and the Lions District Competition Final (winner).

As an orchestral musician Claire is a member of Southbank Sinfonia and has worked for the City of London Sinfonia as second flute. She is principal flute with the Orchestra of the City, Henley Symphony Orchestra and the Oxford Chamber Orchestra. She has also performed with the Amadeus Orchestra, Corinthian Chamber Orchestra, Kensington Symphony Orchestra and Skolia.

Claire is the woodwind fixer for Oxford Chamber Orchestra and Orchestra of the City.

Claire is currently studying for the LTCL Instrumental Teaching Diploma.

Claire's orchestral work also includes Sadlers Wells Ballet Orchestra, Chipping Campden Festival Orchestra, City of London Sinfonia

Claire's education and outreach work includes City of London Sinfonia, English National Ballet and the Royal Opera House.

Claire's principal work includes National Theatre On Stage Orchestra, Orchestra of the City (since 2005), Oxford Chamber Orchestra , Southbank Sinfonia and Oxford City Opera.

Education
Claire's graduate studies took place at Trinity College of Music (PG Dip Performance Distinction, 2003 - 04) and Christ Church College, Oxford University (BA (Hons), 2000 - 03).
