Teaching experienceAs well as being a successful soloist and orchestral musician Kerry-Ann also teaches Flute and piccolo, teaching all ages and abilities, although specialising in post grade 8 students. She regularly assists students with music college preparation, coaches orchestral sectionals and gives master-classes in both schools and on courses. Kerry-Ann teaches for The Bromley Youth Music Trust, she is also a Tutor on - A Breath of Fresh Air (Anna Noakes) and an Orchestral tutor for The Yorkshire Youth Orchestral |
She has also performed the Khatchaturian Flute Concerto at St John's, Smith Square, and the Liebermann Flute Concerto at the Adrian Boult Hall, Birmingham and has given recital performances as both a soloist, and a chamber musician in ensembles including Wind Quintet, Flute and Harp Duo and Flute and Electronics.
Kerry Ann is Principal Flute with the Cross-Atlantic Players, and has worked with the Welsh Chamber Orchestra
At Trinity College of Music, Kerry-Ann performed with the Symphony Orchestra, Sinfonietta, Wren Ensemble and Wind Ensemble, and at Birmingham Conservatoire with the Symphony Orchestra, Sinfonia, Wind Ensemble, Tallian Ensemble and Composers Orchestra.
Kerry-Ann has taken part in Orchestral Training Schemes with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and the Philharmonia.

Kerry-Ann's orchestral work also includes Mozart Festival Orchestra, City Concert Orchestra, Musical Arts Chamber Orchestra, Northampton Philharmonic, East Grinstead Chamber Orchestra, Coventry Chamber Orchestra, MAYC Orchestra and Singers, Bromsgrove Symphony Orchestra, Crescent Theatre Pit Orchestra.
Education
Kerry-Ann's graduate studies took place at Trinity College of Music, Postgraduate Diploma (2004-05), Birmingham Conservatoire, BMus (Hons) (2000-04).

Teachers: Kerry-Ann was taught by Anna Noakes, Wissam Boustany, Alan Baker and Lynda Coffin at Trinity College of Music, and Jonathan Rimmer, Judith Hall and Frank Nolan at the Birmingham Conservatoire.
Kerry-Ann has taken part in masterclasses with Trevor Wye, Michael Cox, Paul Edmund Davies, Karen Jones, Rachael Brown, Jaime Martin and Elena Duran.
