Julian has recorded a CD of solo flute works, entitled Flute Alone, a CD of works by Richard Sisson, entitled Sonata, and more recently a recital CD with pianist Carole Presland.
Julian is principal flute with Glyndebourne Touring Opera and Garsington Opera.

Education
Julian's schooling took place at Chethams School of Music. Julian's graduate studies took place at The Paris Conservatoire.
