Outreach experienceSarah was a solo bass clarinet artist until 2009 on the Live Music Now Scheme. Sarah has given composition and bass clarinet technique workshops at many UK Conservatoires and Universities including RAM, TCM, RWAMD, RNCM, RICM, Edinburgh and Keele Universities.
Teaching experienceSarah teaches the clarinet at Nottingham University and also bass clarinet at RAF Uxbridge. |

As a soloist and chamber musician Sarah has performed in many venues- including Purcell Room (Park Lane Group Young Artists Series), Wigmore Hall and Ijsbreker Hall Amsterdam and performed in festivals such as the World Bass Clarinet Convention, London Jazz Festival and York Spring Festival of New Music.
Bass Clarinet works have been written for Sarah by many composers including by Sir Harrison Birtwistle, Dave Bennett Thomas, Ian Wilson and Alicia Grant.
Radio Broadcasts include BBC radio 3 (including live performance on Jazz line up with the clarinet collective) and ABC Radio and Macedonian Radio.
Sarah performs with many chamber ensembles including SCAW, Rarescale, Southwell Collective - Live Music to Silent Films, Roche/Watts bass clarinet duo, Clarinet Council and Radius.

Sarah's graduate studies took place at Royal Academy of Music and Rotterdam Conservatorium.
